  • This mentoring is for anyone ready to step into a more aligned and intentional version of themselves. Whether you feel a little stuck, have ideas you want to bring to life, or simply want to move with more clarity and purpose in your projects and life, this program is for you.

  • No experience is required. The program blends self-discovery practices, mindset tools, and gentle yoga techniques in a way that meets you wherever you are.

  • Over one month, you will participate in four live online sessions of two hours each. You will also receive weekly practical exercises to integrate what you learn. After that, you will have five months of one-on-one support through one-hour monthly sessions on Zoom with me.

  • Absolutely. All sessions are online via Zoom, and we will schedule the sessions at times that work best for your time zone so all the sessions fit your schedule.

  • Unlike most mentorships that happen in groups and can feel distant, this one is completely personal. You will have my full attention, with space to be seen, heard, and supported, so we can uncover what is already inside you and turn it into clear, intentional action.

    We will explore your mindset, clarify your vision, and create practical steps to bring your goals to life. The program includes four live online sessions, weekly exercises to integrate what you learn, and five months of one-on-one support to keep your momentum and alignment going.
