No experience is required. The program blends self-discovery practices, mindset tools, and gentle yoga techniques in a way that meets you wherever you are.

Over one month, you will participate in four live online sessions of two hours each. You will also receive weekly practical exercises to integrate what you learn. After that, you will have five months of one-on-one support through one-hour monthly sessions on Zoom with me.

Absolutely. All sessions are online via Zoom, and we will schedule the sessions at times that work best for your time zone so all the sessions fit your schedule.
