I’m a bilingual trauma-informed yoga teacher and self-discovery mentor, and my purpose is to help you create and live the life of your dreams with clarity, courage, discipline, and balance.

Through intentional slow-flow vinyasa, restorative yoga, and self-discovery tools, I offer classes, workshops, and retreats designed to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to your purpose.

We meet weekly on tuesday at 8am for a 60-minute yoga class with guided themes and journaling prompts for self-discovery. Each week, we explore a theme designed to support you in living with more presence and intention. You’ll move your body, calm your mind, and leave with journaling prompts that help you reflect and bring the practice into your everyday life.

We will get real about the messy, beautiful journey of self-discovery. There, I start honest conversations about embracing life’s contradictions on this path of yoga and self-discovery.
