Joy can be loud and obvious, or quiet and easy to miss. It might show up like a laugh with a friend, or like a small moment when things feel a little lighter. But joy isn’t always accessible, and that’s real too. Sometimes there's guilt around it, or pressure to “be positive.” In this class, backbends will help us explore where joy lives in the body — and where it hides. You’re invited to move in a way that lets joy feel like something you can touch, not something you have to chase (or hide).
Welcome to Advaya Circle.
This is more than just a weekly yoga class—it's an ongoing space to slow down, tune in, and explore who you are beneath the surface.
Every month, we focus on one main theme. Each week, we peel back a new layer of that theme through thoughtful movement, guided reflection, and space for real conversations about how these practices meet us in everyday life.
The goal here isn’t to rush or fix anything. It’s to give you space to notice, feel, and integrate—so the work we do on the mat actually supports you off the mat, too.
Whether you're showing up feeling grounded or messy (or somewhere in between), you're invited as you are. Come be part of a group that's curious, welcoming, and committed to the ongoing, imperfect work of self-discovery.
