05/27 at 7am PST | Shame | Slow Flow | Balance Poses + Forward Folds
Shame can throw us off center. It can feel like second-guessing every step, shrinking yourself down, or trying to keep it all together on the outside while things feel shaky inside. But there’s another side to it. When we’re willing to look at shame with care instead of judgment, it can lead to deeper self-awareness and can even reconnect us to parts of ourselves we’ve pushed away. In this class, we’ll use balancing poses to explore steadiness in the face of self-doubt, and forward folds to turn inward without shutting down.
Welcome to Advaya Circle.
This is more than just a weekly yoga class—it's an ongoing space to slow down, tune in, and explore who you are beneath the surface.
Every month, we focus on one main theme. Each week, we peel back a new layer of that theme through thoughtful movement, guided reflection, and space for real conversations about how these practices meet us in everyday life.
The goal here isn’t to rush or fix anything. It’s to give you space to notice, feel, and integrate—so the work we do on the mat actually supports you off the mat, too.
Come be part of a group that's curious, welcoming, and committed to the ongoing, imperfect work of self-discovery!
